About the Role

You will convert customer acceptance criteria into cluster-scale test plans, run and track validation, investigate results, and coordinate fixes with engineering and OEM partners. You will produce evidence-based acceptance reports, support customer sign-off, and improve reusable test suites and reporting automation.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in software validation, test engineering, or QA for infrastructure or distributed systems.
  • Experience building and running test frameworks and debugging test output.
  • Python and Bash scripting skills.
  • Knowledge of GPU cluster validation, including NCCL, HPL, DCGM diagnostics, and burn-in.
  • Knowledge of InfiniBand or RoCE networking, storage testing, bandwidth, latency, and throughput.
  • Experience translating requirements into test plans with pass/fail evidence.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer acceptance criteria into test plans and pass thresholds.
  • Agree validation plans with customers and engineering teams.
  • Maintain traceability from acceptance criteria to test evidence.
  • Drive cluster-wide performance, interconnect, storage, stability, and burn-in validation.
  • Track validation status and coordinate test windows.
  • Read raw test output and investigate anomalous results.
  • Write or modify scripts, test harnesses, and data-collection steps.
  • Triage failures with evidence and drive them to closure.
  • Re-run tests and verify fixes.
  • Produce acceptance reports and brief customers and leadership.
  • Improve validation playbooks, test suites, and automation.
