About the Role

You will lead cross-functional programs for new products, markets, payment methods, partners, and network initiatives. You will define requirements, coordinate launch readiness, manage risks and dependencies, partner with product and engineering, and create repeatable operating frameworks, documentation, training, and metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments, fintech, risk, compliance, or similar cross-functional roles
• Understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams
• Complex multi-stakeholder program management experience
• Program planning, execution, and risk-management skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Knowledge of automation and operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead compliant launch programs for products, markets, payment methods, partner integrations, and network programs
• Drive initiatives from problem definition and requirements gathering through launch and optimization
• Define business requirements, operational models, controls, and system enhancements with product and engineering
• Align launch readiness, sequencing, ownership, and dependencies across stakeholders
• Identify gaps and design pragmatic growth solutions
• Maintain program plans, decision logs, milestones, and governance routines
• Escalate blockers and risks with recommendations
• Coordinate testing, readiness, launches, and post-launch reviews
• Create documentation, training materials, and playbooks
• Track program metrics, issues, and outcomes
• Standardize scalable processes and operating models
