About the Role

You will support disciplined software delivery by tracking work, balancing capacity, coordinating priorities, and removing blockers. You will translate features into user stories, facilitate cross-team alignment, manage dependencies and defects, create business and technical artifacts, and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Experience leading delivery work within a software development team.
  • Experience with Confluence, FlowMetrics, Jira, and Miro.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, branching, merging, and deployment strategies.
  • Ability to assess technical and operational dependencies.
  • Knowledge of burn-down tracking, retrospective facilitation, business feedback, and defect management.
  • Ability to create, interpret, and report delivery metrics.
  • Delivery-process and documentation proficiency in a software development environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud concepts, APIs, and Angular web applications.
  • Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support development teams in following project management methodologies and delivery practices.
  • Coach teams on delivery best practices and effective ways of working.
  • Track work, optimize team capacity, and balance workloads.
  • Plan and execute high-priority work aligned with the quarterly roadmap.
  • Translate product features into user stories with business value and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove team blockers.
  • Facilitate cross-team meetings and manage dependencies and technical impediments.
  • Create user stories, process maps, workflows, and system diagrams.
  • Analyze defects and prioritize their resolution based on severity, business impact, and technical complexity.
  • Improve delivery practices, processes, and team performance.
