About the Role
You will lead new hardware and software product rollouts from development through scalable launch. You will establish NPI processes, align release readiness, coordinate operational launches, plan phased releases, use stakeholder feedback, and improve launch practices after release.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of hardware or software product development, technical programme management, or product operations experience
- At least 3 years of NPI experience
- Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Knowledge of BOMs, manufacturing readiness, SOPs, and process development
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical skills for evaluating sensor-data impact on model performance
- Communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Drive programmes through agile hardware and software development cycles
- Develop and refine a scalable NPI framework
- Align product roadmaps with release readiness, quality, and operational scalability criteria
- Coordinate launch readiness with Field Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Fleet Operations
- Review and implement scalable supply chain footprints
- Oversee alpha, beta, and phased release planning
- Implement feedback loops with stakeholders and early adopters
- Lead post-launch retrospectives and process improvements
