About the Role
You will shape delivery for manufacturing test solutions for NPI. You will create plans, manage dependencies, coordinate DfX reviews, align distributed teams and external partners, anticipate delivery risks, drive decisions, and improve NPI and NPD processes across test, lab, and characterization activities.
Requirements
- Project and programme management skills in hardware-centered cross-functional delivery
- Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methods
- Experience aligning distributed technical teams around scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
- Experience managing complex dependency networks
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, lab, or silicon characterization programmes
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
