About the Role

You will set strategy and priorities for product initiatives, remove risks and bottlenecks, align cross-functional partners, create technical decision frameworks, improve operational processes, coordinate testing and releases, and build dashboards for tracking release, bug, and delivery progress.

Requirements

12+ years of release or technical program management experience.
Experience in enterprise technology environments.
Data and analytics skills.
Knowledge of software development and project management practices.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
Systems design, reliability, and scaling experience.
Experience in payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain ecosystems.
