About the Role

You will set strategy and priorities for product initiatives, remove risks and bottlenecks, align cross-functional partners, create technical decision frameworks, improve operational processes, coordinate testing and releases, and build dashboards for tracking release, bug, and delivery progress.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of release or technical program management experience.
  • Experience in enterprise technology environments.
  • Data and analytics skills.
  • Knowledge of software development and project management practices.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
  • Systems design, reliability, and scaling experience.
  • Experience in payments, custody, stablecoin, or blockchain ecosystems.
