You will turn fragmented program signals into clear decisions, manual workflows into scalable automations, and business logic into agentic solutions. You will structure ambiguous work into concrete programs, build integrated reporting and workflow systems, improve data quality, and partner across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years leading complex technical programs, workflow or tooling initiatives, or data-driven operations
• Experience as a TPM, technical lead, or cross-functional owner
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, telemetry and data pipelines, dashboards, graph-based reporting, and statistics
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rovo, n8n or similar workflow builders, LLM coding and prompting assistants, GitHub, CI/CD systems, SQL, Python or scripting, spreadsheets, and BI platforms
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology

• Identify opportunities and structure ambiguous work into concrete programs
• Translate business logic into workflows, automations, prompts, agents, and operational guardrails
• Build integrated program structures across scope, schedule, metrics, risks, dependencies, and status
• Automate workflows and improve data quality
• Deliver executive-ready reporting
• Partner across engineering, infrastructure, data, and tooling teams
