About the Role

You will own execution across Cloud Infrastructure by setting priorities, unblocking dependencies, tracking work, and surfacing delivery risks. You will run planning and operating rhythms, create leadership reporting, drive Jira adoption and automation, and resolve cross-cutting problems through measurable, scalable processes.

Requirements

10+ years in technical program management, software engineering, or a technical product role
Experience driving multi-team technical initiatives in an infrastructure, cloud, or platform organization
Experience designing and scaling an operating cadence or planning model
Ability to unblock teams without formal authority
Experience driving Jira adoption or an equivalent issue-tracking migration
Ability to turn multi-source data into execution-health reporting
Fluency with distributed systems
Excellent written communication
Ability to operate autonomously amid ambiguity

Responsibilities

Own the view of engineering priorities and commitments across Cloud Infrastructure
Coordinate and unblock teams on initiatives spanning compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes
Drive initiatives to committed dates and surface slips early
Measure and reduce cross-team dependency unblock time
Run staff meetings and close decisions and actions
Partner on planning cycles and headcount planning
Produce leadership updates and executive readouts
Drive cross-cutting problems to outcomes or named owners
Drive Jira adoption and issue-tracking discipline
Own Jira, Confluence, and dashboard structures, access, hygiene, and automation
Build an at-a-glance view of execution health
