About the Role

You will lead planning and execution for AI infrastructure initiatives spanning training, data systems, evaluation, and inference. You will align roadmaps, track infrastructure metrics, improve workflows and tooling, support capacity planning, and coordinate engineering teams with AI cloud providers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, technical operations, or product execution
• Experience leading complex multi-team engineering and infrastructure initiatives
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or platform development
• Experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
• Technical understanding of GPU clusters, AI accelerator chips, and cloud providers

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of AI infrastructure initiatives
• Define scopes, goals, requirements, timelines, risks, and success metrics
• Translate model and product needs into infrastructure roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional accountability and communication
• Track reliability, latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency metrics
• Improve infrastructure tooling, automation, and developer velocity
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation
• Develop repeatable operational frameworks
• Partner with leaders on prioritization and tradeoffs
• Coordinate internal engineering teams and AI cloud providers
• Evaluate infrastructure requirements involving GPU clusters, AI accelerators, and cloud providers
