About the Role

You will create technical execution roadmaps, manage hardware platform development and integration, and define schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. You will coordinate cross-functional deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, communicate trade-offs, improve manufacturing processes, and maintain technical knowledge of vehicle platforms and test operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a similar technical field
  • Experience managing fast-paced initiatives with multiple stakeholders and complex schedules
  • Experience in the automotive or trucking industry
  • Experience managing hardware projects toward manufacturing at scale in a startup environment
  • Expertise with Linear, JIRA, Smartsheet, or LucidChart
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to facilitate trade-offs between engineering and product requirements while maintaining safety standards
  • Knowledge of autonomous vehicles

Responsibilities

  • Communicate schedules, status, and priorities across the organization
  • Coordinate hardware, software, systems, and operations deliverables
  • Prioritize and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and barriers
  • Communicate risks and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Develop tools and processes to improve manufacturing productivity
  • Maintain technical knowledge of vehicle platforms, hardware lifecycle, safety clearance, and test operations
