About the Role

You will coordinate Growth, Development, and Power initiatives across business functions. You will structure workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate decisions, track commitments, improve handoffs, and provide clear progress reporting to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project or program management experience in data centers, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries
  • Working knowledge of site development processes
  • Basic knowledge of real estate contracts and closing-process gating items
  • Proficiency using AI tools to manage and streamline project workstreams
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across technical and business functions
  • Experience creating structured, trackable execution plans
  • Facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills managing concurrent initiatives
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project and collaboration platforms
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Growth, Development, and Power leadership to understand priorities, milestones, constraints, and requirements
  • Break initiatives into workstreams, milestones, tasks, dependencies, owners, and decision points
  • Maintain portfolio visibility and project-management-system records
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and engage impacted departments early
  • Facilitate meetings to resolve dependencies, align plans, and maintain progress
  • Track commitments and action items across departments
  • Identify risks, constraints, resource conflicts, and unclear ownership, and facilitate resolution
  • Escalate issues when appropriate
  • Coordinate required business processes with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and support functions
  • Improve communication and handoffs with downstream teams
  • Report progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, constraints, and required decisions to leadership
  • Apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices
