About the Role
You will contribute to transformation and project-management initiatives, including business analysis and project delivery. You will collaborate with business, IT, and other stakeholders, support leadership on cross-functional topics, own work packages or smaller initiatives, and engage with digitization and process-automation topics.
Requirements
- Near completion of a master's degree, or a master's degree completed no more than two years before program start, in economics, social sciences, or a STEM discipline
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Ability to communicate complex matters clearly to different stakeholders
- Interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good German skills
Responsibilities
- Contribute to transformation and project-management initiatives in business analysis and project management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and other functions
- Support the leadership team with cross-functional cluster-development topics
- Take responsibility for tasks, work packages, or smaller initiatives
- Engage with end-to-end digitization, process automation, self-service, core banking, and segment management initiatives
