About the Role
You will coordinate the logistics and operations of strategic research coalitions and support coalition sponsors, speakers, and internal stakeholders. You will organize scientific events, manage schedules and guest logistics, track budgets and deliverables, collect data, and prepare institutional reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience coordinating large-scale research projects or scientific networks
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- Google Workspace

Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for strategic coalition meetings, presentations, seminars, and bimonthly meetings
- Organize in-person half-day workshops, including planning, invitations, space reservations, and catering
- Facilitate regular touchpoints between coalition sponsors and key stakeholders
- Collect data and indicators for the annual coalition achievements presentation
- Lead logistics for the Mila Colloquium, internal conference, and Tea Talks
- Manage the scientific events calendar, room bookings, and invited-speaker logistics
- Coordinate event promotion with the communications team
- Track budgets, expense accounts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Track deliverables and tasks using Asana
- Collect raw data and contribute to institutional and accountability reports
