About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial-institution clients, including operating models, workflows, custody and tokenization platforms, and technical implementations. You will deliver internal cross-functional initiatives, perform blockchain due diligence, prepare source-of-funds and wallet-screening reports, and support sales RFPs and RFIs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field
- 2–5 years of consulting or project-management experience in financial services or fintech
- Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital assets
- Knowledge of custody, trading, tokenization, staking, and derivatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fluency in French and English
- Willingness to travel to client locations
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client delivery projects
- Design operating models and workflows
- Set up custody and tokenization platforms
- Manage technical implementations with client and internal teams
- Deliver cross-functional strategy and operations projects
- Produce source-of-funds analyses, wallet screenings, and crypto due diligence reports
- Support compliance reviews, onboarding, and investigations
- Contribute to sales RFPs and RFIs
- Support commercial and operational priorities
- Travel to client locations as required
