About the Role

You will manage flagship brand campaigns and strategic programs from kickoff through launch. You will run agency retainer operations, own marketing onboarding, support leadership planning and reporting, build flexible processes and shared resources, and shape culture and community programming for the marketing organization.

Requirements

• Experience in brand program management, chief of staff, marketing operations, brand marketing, business operations, strategy, or related roles
• Experience building a marketing operations or business operations function
• Project management experience coordinating complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Analytical skills and experience with reporting frameworks, forecasting models, and performance measurement systems
• Experience designing scalable programs and organizational systems
• Experience with AI tools, automations, and modern productivity platforms
• Communication skills
• Ability to travel flexibly

• Lead program management and shape strategy for brand campaigns and strategic programs
• Run operations for global agency retainers
• Own and improve the marketing onboarding program
• Partner with leadership on reporting, planning, priorities, and goal-setting
• Build lightweight organizational processes and central resources
