You will build tiered customer service and policy systems for complex customer decisions. You will write and govern policies, audit policy application, manage concurrent programs, account for regulatory differences, and use outcome data to improve service, cost, and risk.
Requirements
- 6 or more years in CX strategy, policy, or program management
- Experience owning policy documentation and governance processes
- Ability to write clear, consistently applicable frontline policies
- Experience working with Legal and Compliance in a regulated industry
- Experience designing tiered, premium, or VIP service models
- Program management experience across concurrent workstreams
- Experience using data to evaluate outcomes
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a tiered service model for high-value users
- Write and maintain the CX policy library
- Own policy intake, review, approval, versioning, and rollout communication
- Audit policy application and close operational gaps
- Build and manage the CX programs roadmap
- Design policies and service structures for regulatory jurisdictions
- Measure the effects of segmentation and policy changes
