About the Role
You will manage the operating rhythm and cross-functional portfolio for policy design, enforcement, and threat intelligence work. You will coordinate planning, priorities, launches, approvals, and external publications; surface risks and blockers; and create lightweight processes that keep work moving.
Requirements
- Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment
- Ability to structure ambiguous work into plans, owners, and milestones
- Strong written communication for executive audiences
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder review and approval processes
- Judgment about appropriate process overhead
- Comfort working on sensitive topics and maintaining confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional program management across Policy Design, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence
- Run quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and decision tracking
- Coordinate policy work with research, product, engineering, legal, and communications partners
- Drive readiness for model launches and product releases
- Manage external-publication processes from idea through publication
- Identify and escalate portfolio risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps
- Build and retire lightweight processes and tools
