About the Role
You will serve as the embedded owner of a government deployment, driving customer adoption, value realization, governance, reporting, training, and transitions to customer-led workflows. You will coordinate onsite personnel, manage risks and deliverables, conduct business reviews, and communicate program outcomes that support renewal and expansion.
Requirements
- Program management experience
- Customer success, deployment, or strategist/CSM experience
- Experience running QBRs/MBRs and managing adoption, renewal, and expansion outcomes
- Experience with threat intelligence, scam disruption, cyber disruption, or critical infrastructure
- Government or public-sector experience
- Facilitation and communication skills
- AI fluency
Responsibilities
- Own account adoption, mission impact, value realization, renewal, and expansion outcomes
- Define program governance, operating cadences, decision rights, and escalation paths
- Coordinate 25+ onsite TRM personnel
- Design and track metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Develop the transition roadmap from TRM-led to customer-led workflows
- Onboard users and deliver platform training
- Capture and communicate customer wins through standups, MBRs, and QBRs
- Coordinate investigations, Academy, Product, Engineering, Capture, and RevOps
- Maintain risk logs and drive mitigations
