Responsibilities
- Lead hardware programs through manufacturing planning, factory readiness, and engineering build execution
- Translate engineering requirements into manufacturing and build plans
- Drive cross-functional engineering and manufacturing execution
- Manage engagement with ODM, JDM, and contract manufacturing partners
- Coordinate manufacturing readiness, test readiness, and qualification milestones
- Monitor build progress and resolve technical and operational blockers
- Coordinate engineering change implementation
- Lead issue reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Monitor program risks and drive mitigation plans
- Develop readiness, schedule, risk, and delivery reporting
- Improve engineering operations and program management processes
