About the Role
You will own program schedules, stage gates, and cross-functional execution for a hardware product family from kickoff through rate production. You will manage risks and dependencies, facilitate gate reviews, broker engineering and delivery decisions, and build credible schedules with explicit assumptions and decision dates.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of technical program management experience for hardware NPI at an OEM, ODM, or hyperscaler
- Engineering degree
- Technical depth to conduct design reviews
- Experience managing DVT-stage component changes against long lead times
- Ability to build program schedules amid design uncertainty
- Experience tracking risk across five or more workstreams
Responsibilities
- Own program schedules, stage gates, and cross-functional execution from kickoff through rate production
- Manage risks and dependencies across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring
- Broker escalations and decisions between engineering and delivery
- Build program schedules with explicit assumptions and decision dates
