About the Role
You will lead the execution of rack-scale AI system builds from prototype to volume production. You will manage build plans, quality gates, configuration control, engineering changes, schedules, costs, risks, manufacturing-partner communication, and production transfer.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in NPI or CM/ODM program management for servers, networking equipment, or comparable complex hardware
- Engineering background sufficient to assess hardware build issues
- Experience taking a hardware product from prototype through volume production
- Experience managing overseas manufacturing partners
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own EVT/DVT/PVT build plans and drive execution with CM/ODM partners
- Triage build issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Manage engineering change orders
- Manage rack-level BOM and configuration control
- Define and run quality gates for partner deliverables
- Own readiness criteria for each build phase
- Serve as the interface between internal design teams and manufacturing partners
- Track schedule, cost, and risk and escalate recommended decisions
- Drive production transfer and early production issue resolution
