About the Role

You will identify recruiting operational problems, use data to prioritize improvements, and lead programs through adoption. You will analyze recruiting metrics, maintain data quality and reporting, build self-service and AI-powered tools, update documentation, and roll out process changes with communications and training.

Responsibilities

  • Break ambiguous problems into phases, owners, and deadlines and drive adoption
  • Lead recruiting programs from leadership buy-in through implementation and measurement
  • Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load
  • Maintain data hygiene and job setup consistency across the recruiting pipeline
  • Build recruiting dashboards and reports
  • Turn recurring operational requests into self-service tools or documented answers
  • Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows
  • Maintain interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
  • Roll out recruiting process changes with communications and training
