About the Role

You will lead integration plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, and client-specific feature requests. You will coordinate stakeholders, establish ownership and communication routines, maintain delivery artifacts, manage client expectations, and report on risks, delays, dependencies, and capacity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical program or project management experience
  • Experience managing implementations for large enterprise clients
  • Experience with formal enterprise project governance, RACI, and milestone-based reporting
  • Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Ability to partner with Engineering and Product on technical dependencies and tradeoffs
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills for managing concurrent client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Own integration project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and implementation timelines
  • Serve as the client's trusted point of contact throughout integrations
  • Track client-specific feature requests through resolution
  • Establish RACI frameworks and responsibilities for each engagement
  • Manage structured communication across internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ensure deliverables and artifacts remain current and clearly owned
  • Develop product fluency to advise on feature requests
  • Report on project health, delivery delays, dependency risks, and capacity
