About the Role
You will lead and coordinate complex workforce strategy and HR programs across enterprise and business units. You will define execution strategies, build roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, facilitate prioritization, and communicate recommendations and progress to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–8 years of related experience
- Management consulting, strategy, or similar experience
- At least one year of project manager experience
- Program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Experience leading matrixed teams or sophisticated programs
- Executive communication and storytelling
- Strategic analysis and problem-solving
- Stakeholder relationship building and consensus building
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects and programs of varying size and complexity
- Develop and drive program execution strategies
- Plan, resource, and execute programs within scope, timeline, and budget
- Define and facilitate work scope and prioritization with business leaders
- Develop program roadmaps and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments
- Collaborate across functions and business units
- Create and deliver executive-level communications and recommendations
