About the Role
You will align Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and other stakeholders across initiatives. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, clarify decisions and ownership, track blockers and risks, manage backlogs and roadmaps, communicate changes, identify operational problems, and drive improvements that make delivery more predictable.

Responsibilities
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across initiatives
- Maintain visibility into dependencies timelines priorities and risks
- Identify and resolve team misalignment
- Facilitate stand-ups sprint planning refinement retrospectives and working sessions
- Ensure meetings produce clear decisions owners and next steps
- Track blockers and risks through resolution
- Build and maintain team backlogs and roadmaps
- Prioritize and structure work
- Identify dependencies sequencing challenges and resource conflicts
- Communicate changes to priorities timelines scope and direction
- Document and communicate important decisions
- Identify execution challenges process breakdowns and operational gaps
- Define and implement operational improvements
- Encourage accountability and drive issues toward resolution
