About the Role
You will own cross-functional engineering programs from kickoff through launch. You will manage plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies; coordinate partner teams; communicate technical progress to leadership; unblock work; and help improve planning, launch readiness, risk detection, dependency management, and reporting with AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role
- Experience driving complex cross-functional engineering programs
- System design knowledge
- AWS familiarity
- Infrastructure knowledge
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating executive-ready updates
- Program ownership
- Experience resolving blockers
- Organizational skills
- Experience using AI in work
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across cross-functional engineering teams from kickoff through launch
- Own program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with product, design, customer experience, operations, and engineering partners
- Write narratives, status updates, and communications for leadership and partner teams
- Identify gaps and unblock work
- Help improve planning, execution, launch processes, and AI-enabled workflows
