About the Role
You will lead technical programs from scoping through delivery and retrospective across engineering and partner teams. You will manage dependencies, align roadmaps, improve incident response, establish program standards, and apply knowledge of AI tools to engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience
- Fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
- Ability to improve team processes while executing directly
- Experience working effectively across teams
- Systems thinking across architecture, product, compliance, and timelines
- Experience leading cross-functional programs
Responsibilities
- Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams
- Connect platform and product engineering teams and manage dependencies
- Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective
- Align roadmaps and programs with organizational goals
- Communicate business and engineering priorities across the organization
- Improve incident-response processes and facilitate retrospectives
- Set technical program management standards and create playbooks
