About the Role

You will drive end-to-end delivery of storage-engineering programs, including release planning, dependency governance, executive communication, feature rollouts, deployments, and resilience work. You will align teams across infrastructure functions, identify risks and vendor dependencies, and establish lightweight execution frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven updates.

Requirements

In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services
Experience building and launching block, file-system, or object-storage products
Technical experience with storage hardware, protocols, or file systems
Ability to engage engineering teams on technical topics and tradeoffs
7+ years of technical program management experience
Experience leading complex programs across engineering and product organizations
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
Experience building execution models in low-structure environments
Experience using AI tools for program execution, risk detection, and communication

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end storage-engineering programs
Lead multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication
Drive feature rollouts, storage deployments, and platform-resiliency programs
Align IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and storage providers
Identify program and vendor-timeline risks proactively
Build scalable TPM frameworks, execution dashboards, and executive updates
