About the Role

You will lead cross-functional planning and execution for clinical drug development programs. You will manage study timelines, deliverables, vendors, risks, resources, budgets, documentation, and meetings from study start-up through execution. You will coordinate stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Safety, Biostatistics, Data Management, CMC, and DMPK.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, healthcare, or business discipline with 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology project management experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience
• Ability to manage timelines, cross-functional coordination, and third-party vendor relationships
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes
• Project management proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and tracking of project timelines and deliverables
• Oversee third-party vendor scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance
• Develop and maintain cross-functional project plans, resource forecasts, risk assessments, and budget tracking
• Develop and track clinical study timelines and critical path activities
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items
• Maintain status reports, risk registers, timelines, and meeting records
• Identify project risks, delays, and resource gaps and implement mitigation strategies
• Foster communication across clinical development functions
