About the Role

You will own the integrated GIOC program plan, coordinate technical workstreams and team onboarding, manage risks and dependencies, define operational requirements, drive launch readiness, and communicate program status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of technical program, program, or project management experience in relevant technical environments
  • Experience delivering complex multi-team technical programs through operational readiness
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring, observability, alerting, incident management, and system dependencies
  • Experience translating operational or business requirements into technical requirements or PRDs
  • Experience managing agile or scrum delivery across engineering teams
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, blockers, and critical-path activities
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams and senior stakeholders
  • Communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management for the GIOC build, transformation, and operational-readiness roadmap
  • Build and maintain program plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate parallel technical and operational workstreams
  • Track execution and course-correct schedule, scope, and resource risks
  • Coordinate technical and operational team onboarding
  • Define onboarding plans, acceptance criteria, and operational-readiness gates
  • Drive cutover, go-live, and post-launch hypercare activities
  • Drive programs for automation, alert correlation, observability, and operational tooling
  • Coordinate delivery of consolidated monitoring and operational dashboards
  • Author PRDs and translate operational requirements into engineering-ready requirements
  • Maintain decision logs, RAID logs, traceability, and readiness documentation
  • Partner with engineering teams on sprint-level execution
  • Prepare executive program reviews and secure stakeholder alignment
  • Own program-level RAID management and establish governance processes
  • Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement
