About the Role
You will coordinate the Forward Deployed project portfolio and prepare prioritization decisions. You will plan scope, milestones, and engineering capacity; lead customer engagements from proof of concept to production; support feasibility assessments; coordinate product and research stakeholders; and establish practical planning and reporting methods.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing technology environment
- Customer-facing projects in robotics, AI, or software-heavy automation
- Experience taking technology from pilot to production
- Technical understanding of robotic systems

- Willingness to travel around 30%
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Forward Deployed project portfolio and prepare prioritization decisions
- Plan scope, milestones, and engineer allocation
- Drive engagements from proof of concept through pilot to production
- Manage customer and delivery-partner interfaces
- Support sales and pre-sales with feasibility assessments and effort estimates
- Coordinate across product teams and AI research
- Feed customer-project features back into the platform
- Establish lightweight planning and reporting practices
