About the Role

You will support cross-functional technical and product initiatives from planning through post-launch follow-up. You will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, incidents, metrics, and stakeholder communications. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, improve delivery processes and documentation, and use automation and AI-assisted workflows to support planning and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience with software engineering teams in technical program management, project management, software development, or a similar role
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
• Experience coordinating cross-functional work, stakeholders, and dependencies
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and AI-enabled tools
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent workstreams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional technical and product initiatives through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch follow-up
• Support software-development lifecycle planning, dependency tracking, progress monitoring, risk identification, incident management, and stakeholder communications
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
• Monitor program health using metrics and insights
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Improve processes, documentation, and workflows
• Use tooling, automation, and AI-assisted workflows for planning, reporting, and documentation
