About the Role

You will support the planning and delivery of gaming and innovation programs. You will track milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, and KPIs; maintain project documentation; coordinate meetings and event logistics; communicate with stakeholders; and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and operational materials.

Requirements

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, event coordination, or business operations
  • Have organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate meetings, events, documentation, deliverables, and action items
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Have professional proficiency in Azerbaijani and English

Responsibilities

  • Support gaming and innovation projects in Azerbaijan
  • Track project milestones, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and KPIs
  • Maintain Jira dashboards, project trackers, calendars, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Follow up with teams, partners, vendors, speakers, mentors, and participants
  • Coordinate with government institutions, universities, studios, and ecosystem partners
  • Support event logistics and participant communication
  • Collect and maintain program data and feedback
  • Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and dashboards
  • Support procurement, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate promotional activities with marketing, design, PR, and event teams
  • Improve coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational workflows
