About the Role

You will manage tenant improvement and commercial construction projects from planning through occupancy and closeout. You will lead external delivery teams, manage scope, budget, schedule, procurement, financial workflows, changes, risks, and governance, and coordinate internal stakeholders while reporting project status to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tenant improvement and commercial construction project-management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing projects valued from $100K to $50MM or above
  • Cost control, estimating, cost tracking, change-order review, negotiation, and variance-reporting experience
  • Scheduling, contract administration, procurement, and project accounting knowledge
  • Experience managing architects, engineers, contractors, and cost managers
  • Project management methodology knowledge
  • Interior construction systems knowledge
  • Ability to interpret architectural, MEP, and telecom drawings and specifications
  • Shop drawing, material sample, and installation detail review experience
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects
  • Written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Project management software experience
  • Construction documentation platform experience
  • Enterprise procurement and financial system experience
  • Oracle ERP or comparable system experience
  • Google Workspace

  • Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally
  • PMP, CCM, PE, MRICS, or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Corporate real estate or owner's representative experience is preferred
  • International project delivery experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage concurrent tenant improvement projects from planning through closeout
  • Lead architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors
  • Define project charters, scope, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and cash flow
  • Coordinate Workplace Operations, IT/AV, Security, Legal, and business stakeholders
  • Lead bid leveling and negotiate contract terms
  • Manage project budgets, cost estimates, spend, schedules, and corrective actions
  • Assess change requests and issue change orders
  • Administer purchasing, change orders, and payments
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans
  • Maintain project governance records and approvals
  • Prepare status updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communication
