About the Role

You will own end-to-end delivery of large technology programs, defining their structure, roadmap, and delivery strategy. You will coordinate workstreams and vendors, manage governance, risk, budgets, and go-live readiness, and translate technical status into decision-oriented executive updates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• 5+ years leading complex technology programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs through go-live and stabilization
• Technical fluency in enterprise architecture, integrations, API, data migration, infrastructure, cloud, security, and SDLC testing
• Experience with program governance and executive stakeholders
• Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
• Communication, influence, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream technology programs
• Define program structure, roadmaps, phasing, and delivery strategy
• Lead project managers, workstream leads, and vendor teams
• Drive delivery discussions across architecture, integrations, data migration, security, testing, and cutover
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, decision forums, and escalation paths
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
• Manage vendors and systems integrators
• Own go-live readiness, cutover strategy, rollback planning, and hypercare exit
• Improve PMO standards, tooling, and delivery practices
• Mentor project managers and communicate technical status to executives
