About the Role
You will own the business process automation roadmap for service lifecycle management, business intelligence, automation, and customer IT/OT integrations. You will lead platform deployments, govern risks and budgets, manage vendors, track operational outcomes, and align technical programs with business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the business process automation roadmap
- Translate digitalization objectives into a time-phased program with milestones and resource plans
- Lead cross-functional software deployments and platform integrations
- Own program governance, including risks, dependencies, change control, escalations, and reporting
- Track schedule, budget, adoption, data quality, and SLA impact
- Champion the Services Lean First KPI framework
- Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, and platform decisions
- Act as an interface between services, product, and corporate IT leadership
