About the Role
You will manage day-to-day coordination between customers and IP product and engineering teams. You will align milestones, deliverables, and engagement plans with product strategy and signed statements of work. You will maintain program plans and service-level agreements, lead reviews, communicate risks, and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Five or more years of customer program management experience.
- Experience supporting IP products or semiconductor technologies.
- Experience in CPU, SoC, or silicon development as an engineer, technical lead, or program manager.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor and compute IP landscape.
- Experience with Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem, or GPU IP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between customers and IP product and engineering teams.
- Align product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans with product strategy and signed statements of work.
- Coordinate architects, design teams, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain program plans, goals, tracking processes, and customer service-level agreements.
- Lead program reviews and communicate status and risks to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.
- Use AI tools to improve program processes.
