About the Role

You will plan, execute, and monitor projects; define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; manage risks and issues; and communicate with stakeholders. You will lead continuous-improvement efforts, coordinate project teams and external partners, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
5-7 years of project management experience
Experience managing design/build, installation, and commissioning construction projects
Experience managing site general contractors
Experience managing multiple small to mid-level capital projects
Stakeholder management skills
Scheduling software, earned value management, and data-driven performance tracking proficiency
Smartsheet and Jira proficiency
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of service operations projects
Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Gather requirements and provide stakeholder updates
Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
Liaise between project teams, management, and external partners
Identify innovation, efficiency, and value-creation opportunities
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices
Identify project constraints and dependencies
