About the Role
You will manage vendor, contract, agency, contractor, talent, and creator operations for Marketing. You will organize assets and audit documentation, maintain project-management systems, improve workflows, and pilot AI-assisted tools for vendor, invoice, and asset tasks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- 3-5 years of in-house or agency experience working directly in or closely with creative production
- Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Jira or Confluence
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for vendor information requests, diligence forms, and contract logistics
- Source, onboard, and schedule contractors and freelancers
- Coordinate agency, talent, and creator or influencer partnerships
- Manage marketing assets in the digital asset management system
- Fulfill audit requests with Legal and Marketing managers
- Maintain and improve project management systems and pilot AI-assisted workflows
