About the Role
You will own delivery plans for complex initiatives across product domains and squads. You will manage dependencies, risks, milestones, trade-offs, and contingency plans; align product, engineering, and functional stakeholders; provide decision-ready leadership updates; and improve delivery practices through lessons learned and portfolio reporting.
Requirements
- Experience as a Programme Manager, Senior Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
- Experience delivering initiatives across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Experience resolving complex cross-team dependencies.
- Stakeholder management with Product Managers and Engineering Leads.
- Technical understanding of architecture, sequencing, and engineering trade-offs.
- Communication for senior leadership.
- Programme and project management discipline.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and changing circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery plans for major cross-squad initiatives.
- Sequence work and break deliverables into manageable, value-bearing slices.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Bring together product, engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and escalate initiative risks, issues, and critical-path dependencies.
- Resolve competing priorities and shared-resource conflicts.
- Own contingency and mitigation planning.
- Provide clear initiative-status updates to senior stakeholders.
- Align stakeholders to shared plans and timelines.
- Translate complex initiatives into decision-ready leadership updates.
- Apply planning, milestone tracking, and RAID management.
- Feed delivery lessons and practices into Product Operations.
