About the Role
You will lead two accelerator cohorts each year and support startup founders through coaching, accountability, introductions, and milestone progress. You will recruit applicants, mentors, investors, and partners; manage program logistics and events; track and report program metrics; and represent the program across North Dakota’s startup ecosystem.

- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities independently.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Learn new skills and deepen expertise in industries, startups, and venture capital.
- Be available for occasional nights and weekends.
- Travel occasionally within the region for in-person events and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Recruit startup applicants and lead selection for two cohorts.
- Develop relationships with mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
- Schedule and attend office hours with startups.
- Run two accelerator programs per year.
- Manage program logistics and operational delivery.
- Plan and participate in recruitment, meetings, Mentor Swarms, Investor Swarms, Lunch & Learns, and networking events.
- Coach participating founders and help them meet key milestones.
- Provide one-to-one guidance on customer discovery, traction, pitching, business models, and fundraising readiness.
- Connect founders with mentors, investors, customers, and ecosystem resources.
- Support program alumni.
- Gather, track, analyze, and report startup and program metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and program partners.
- Provide weekly updates to partners.
- Represent the program at North Dakota startup ecosystem events.
- Contribute to broader accelerator, ecosystem-building, and strategic initiatives.
