About the Role
You will define and operate the provider lifecycle from sourcing through renewal. You will build tiering frameworks, templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated communications. You will run program-wide changes, manage MPEAP and certified-provider tracks, maintain compliance obligations, and coordinate operating reviews and reporting across functional partners.

Responsibilities
- Define and operate the provider lifecycle
- Build and maintain provider tiering frameworks
- Create templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated provider communications
- Execute program-wide provider changes
- Operate MPEAP and verified or certified provider tracks
- Maintain SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations
- Run reviews, reporting, and operating cadence
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security
