About the Role
You will lead complex implementations for lending clients, manage scope, risks, timelines, and escalations, and translate lending workflows into implementation roadmaps. You will improve repeatable processes, track delivery metrics, support junior implementation managers, collaborate across functions, and use AI tools to improve planning, communication, and risk identification.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
- Ability to deliver complex, concurrent client implementations on time with measurable outcomes.
- Client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn complex customer workflows and apply that knowledge in client conversations.
- Experience identifying implementation process improvements.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid enterprise software implementation methodologies.
- Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients and manage project scope, risk, and timelines.
- Conduct discovery and planning sessions and translate lending workflows into implementation roadmaps.
- Manage client escalations and resolve high-impact issues.
- Identify, document, and share process improvements and standardized solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Track and communicate implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned.
- Support junior implementation managers by sharing approaches and reviewing their work.
- Use AI tools to accelerate planning, client communication, and risk identification.
- Use AI for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, automation, and strategic insights.
- Share effective AI use cases and best practices.
