About the Role

You will coordinate pilot audit engagements from planning through delivery. You will manage information requests, access arrangements, confidentiality protocols, schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. You will assess safety and security claims, review evidence, conduct interviews, write reports, and refine audit methods and processes. You will handle sensitive information discreetly and travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, audit or assurance, consulting, or a comparable role
  • Familiarity with frontier AI systems and the AI evaluations landscape
  • Ability to quickly learn technical domains
  • Written communication skills
  • Integrity, discretion, and sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Lead audit-engagement logistics, including information requests, access arrangements, confidentiality protocols, conflicts of interest, and scheduling
  • Manage pilot audit projects, plans, milestones, blockers, stakeholders, delivery risks, and quality
  • Assess safety and security claims through analytical frameworks, evidence reviews, interviews, and assessment reports
  • Develop and refine audit methodology and internal processes
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information discreetly
  • Travel up to six times annually
