About the Role
You will lead complex enterprise integration programs from planning through delivery. You will manage milestones, dependencies, timelines, feature requests, governance, and communication while serving as the client’s trusted point of contact. You will coordinate technical stakeholders, maintain accurate deliverables, surface risks early, and report clearly on project health, capacity, and delays.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience
- Experience managing implementations for large enterprise clients
- Direct experience with enterprise project management practices, including structured governance, RACI, and milestone-based reporting
- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Experience working with technical dependencies and tradeoffs alongside Engineering and Product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical status for enterprise project offices and executive stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent high-stakes client engagements
Responsibilities
- Own integration project plans for enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and implementation timelines
- Serve as the client’s trusted point of contact throughout integrations
- Communicate proactively, surface risks early, and understand client requirements
- Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution
- Establish RACI frameworks and clear roles and responsibilities for each engagement
- Manage structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and clients
- Manage client expectations proactively
- Keep deliverables and project artifacts organized, current, and assigned to appropriate owners
- Develop fluency in the Sardine product to advise on feature requests
- Report on project health, including delays, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise engagements
