About the Role
You will manage education projects, including schedules, budgets, scope, contracts, and payments. You will engage public-sector partners, suppliers, school leaders, and teachers; support pilot projects; conduct studies and research; analyze reports; and organize information for project communications.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Education, International Relations, or a related field
- Experience with research projects and applied studies
- Knowledge of Basic Education legal frameworks and policies, including PNE, LDB, BNCC, SAEB, FUNDEB, and Laws 10.639 and 11.645
- Experience engaging with the public sector
- Knowledge of Brazilian public education policies, the National Education System, and collaborative governance
- Knowledge of project-management methodologies, data, and indicators
- Availability to travel
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, and delivery stages
- Engage partners, suppliers, and public-sector education representatives
- Monitor contracts and payment processes
- Support pilot projects involving educational resources
- Monitor and evaluate projects
- Develop studies, mappings, and applied research on education
- Produce and analyze study and research reports
- Organize information and content for project communications
- Travel as required
