About the Role
You will drive websites, digital products, campaigns, social content, and other creative deliverables from brief through launch. You will manage schedules, budgets, approvals, assets, vendors, and dependencies; run production meetings and feedback cycles; coordinate external partners; and support film, content, events, and activations.
Requirements
- Approximately 4–7 years of experience in digital, integrated, or creative production
- Experience in a digital agency, integrated creative studio, production environment, or sophisticated in-house creative team
- Experience producing substantial websites or digital experiences
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of film, video, photography, editorial, and post-production workflows
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, developers, and production partners
- Project-management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Drive digital creative deliverables from brief through launch
- Manage schedules, dependencies, approvals, budgets, vendors, assets, and decisions
- Coordinate creative, design, development, strategy, content, leadership, agencies, and partners
- Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary
- Run production meetings, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Manage agencies, developers, freelancers, production partners, and vendors
- Coordinate social production and maintain content-calendar visibility
- Support film, content, events, dinners, conferences, and activations
