About the Role
You will coordinate cross-functional science, data, and biology initiatives; improve processes and technical tooling; manage external partnerships; support resource planning and budgeting; align milestones with model releases; and ensure program plans meet regulatory and study-readiness requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations, program management, or a similar role in a technology-focused or biotech organization
- Experience coordinating complex cross-team projects and improving operational processes
- Experience managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with life sciences, data pipelines, reinforcement learning, and gene editing
- Experience managing vendors or external partners
- Experience evaluating services and negotiating contracts
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute cross-functional initiatives across data, science, and biology teams
- Coordinate science and technology work for foundation-model data generation
- Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow and tool improvements
- Manage relationships and joint projects with external scientific and technical partners
- Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of technical software tools and platforms
- Prioritize operational initiatives with the CSO and team leads
- Support resource allocation, budgeting, and operations strategy
- Partner with regulatory, pre-clinical, and clinical stakeholders on compliant program plans
- Document and share project updates, learnings, and best practices
