About the Role
You will manage assigned customer-program workstreams, including backlog health, requirements, defects, blockers, release readiness, and reporting. You will maintain program documentation, coordinate integration activities, follow up on commitments, communicate with customer counterparts, and automate recurring tracking and analysis work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in program or project management, engineering, technical consulting, or a technical customer-facing role
- Excellent written communication
- Experience working directly with external customers
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Technical literacy in software features, builds, releases, and integration issues
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or ability to learn them quickly
- Willingness to work across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day health of the program backlog in Jira
- Translate customer requirements and change requests into tracked tickets
- Run defect and blocker management across engineering teams
- Track release scope, milestone readiness, risks, and dependencies
- Produce recurring status, delivery, escalation, and sprint reporting
- Serve as a working-level contact for customer program and engineering counterparts
- Maintain requirements mappings, trackers, decision logs, meeting notes, and process documentation in Confluence
- Coordinate onsite integration, test bench, and bootcamp activities
- Follow up on open questions and commitments
- Automate reporting, grooming, and analysis work
