About the Role

You will own the end-to-end plan and schedule for adapting and deploying the Sunrise system. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, field, and customer stakeholders; manage design milestones, vendors, logistics, risks, dependencies, and delivery decisions through production readiness and international field deployment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
  • Experience with complex hardware systems
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Experience driving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners
  • Ability to operate amid ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Based in or able to relocate to the SF Bay Area
  • Ability to work 4–5 days per week from the San Leandro HQ
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support manufacturing and deployment

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end project plan and schedule for engineering development and deployment
  • Coordinate commercial, leadership, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams
  • Drive the system design adaptation cycle from concept through production readiness
  • Track requirements, design reviews, and milestones
  • Manage external vendors and contract manufacturers with supply chain
  • Plan international deployment logistics, including freight, mobilization, and on-site readiness
  • Maintain visibility into risks, dependencies, and the critical path
  • Surface tradeoffs and align stakeholders on status and decisions
